Advent 2024: Day 19: Ginger and Spencer

 

Ginger: Another day with red heads!

Spencer: We are the most photogenic, after all.

Ginger: Too true!

Ginger: There's the door!

Spencer: Oh, my goodness!

Spencer and Ginger: It's another snowman!

Ginger: At least we knew how to put it together.

Spencer: And fixed the first one, too.

Ginger: Can you imagine Frank and Natalie getting this?

Spencer: They'd've given up halfway through

and gone to eat all the Christmas cookies.

Ginger: Too true.

Spencer: I guess you can never have too many snowmen.

Ginger: It's the same with red heads!

Advent 2024: Day 18: Scot-Michael and Nicholas Sahara

 

Nicholas Sahara: Dear Scout, have you heard the controversy?

Scot-Michael: What's the gist, physicist?

Nicholas: Apparently there is a missing Mrs. Claus, and

in her place a snowman!

Scot-Michael: I always knew that Frosty was up to no good.

Nicholas: There's our door up top.

Dash it all if we have any problems!

Scot-Michael: We've got this, Nickels.

We can handle anything Lego throws at us.

Scot-Michael: Well?  Does it look like the pieces match the picture?

Nicholas: At first glance, it would appear so...

Nicholas: It's a reindeer and Santa's sleigh.

How delightful!

Scot-Michael: >Hee< It can't be comfortable having 

a sleigh attached to your butt.

Nicholas: >eye roll< Don't be crass, it doesn't suit you. 

One less present for you!

Scot-Michael: Awwwww....

Advent 2024: Day 17: Valerie and Daphne

 

Daphne: Well, Sweetie, are you ready for our turn?

Valerie: Sure am!  It's now only a week to Christmas!

Daphne and Valerie: YAYYYYYY!!!

Daphne: There's our door for today.

Valerie: Excuse me, Mr. Bunny, but I need to get in there.

Daphne: Oh!  It's a Mrs. Claus figure.

Valerie: This is interesting...

the pieces don't match the picture!

Daphne: Oh, sure, Santa, make it harder on us.

Valerie: And now we have a couple of extra pieces!

Daphne: They don't seem to fit anywhere.

Valerie: How very mysterious!

Daphne: That's funny--my great-aunt loved mysteries.

Valerie: Well, let's put him on the play space and 

come back to him later after some time to ponder.

Daphne: Good idea.  I hear Uli has made

some of her special eggnog!

Valerie: I'm in. See you later, Mr. Mystery Snowman.

Advent 2024: Day 16: Frederick and Tina Louise

 

Frederick: What's on your list for Santa, Tina?

Tina Louise: I would like acting lessons!

Frederick: Oh really?

Tina Louise: Yes, I want to be the best ginger actress ever!

Frederick: There's our little door, behind all the Lego people.

Tina Louise: Sorry to break up your little cast party.

Frederick: This may take a little time to put together.

Tina Louise: Nonsense.  We can put this prop together easily!

Frederick: You were right. Easy!

Tina Louise: It helps when you have

a co-star to work with.

Frederick: Another vehicle! This time a snow machine.

Tina Louise: And like the skateboard and the scooter,

it comes with a helmet.  I'm impressed with Lego's

theme of safety first!

Advent 2024: Day 15: Ezra and BR

 

BR: Hi Ezra, how are you?

Ezra: I can't complain.

Eh, I could, but it wouldn't do me no good.

BR: Uh, sure.  This sure is a pretty calendar this year.

Ezra: Yeah.  Looks just like my hometown of Astoria, Queens.

BR: Really?

Ezra: Nah.

BR: Oookaayy.... hey, it's a little bunny.

Too bad Harriet didn't open this one.

Ezra: No do-overs!

Ezra: I hope it ain't chocolate.

BR: I know, Frank would bite off his ears.

BR: Let's hide him here in the bushes.

Ezra: Yeah, otherwise Uli might try to make hasenpfeffer, haw!

Advent 2024: Day 14: Beatrix and Barbara

 

Barbara: Well!  Don't we look fabulous!

Beatrix: Darling, we are fabulous.

Barbara: There's our door.  

Beatrix: I wonder what this could be.

Barbara: So many pieces!

Beatrix: If we'd known there'd be so many, 

we would've skipped that third eggnog last night.

Barbara: It's another toy with a remote control!

Beatrix: A remote control which will be lost

between the sofa cushions in no time.

Beatrix: All the RC toys lined up neatly.

Barbara: Yes, very nice.  >Sigh<

Let's go see if Uli has made a fresh pitcher of eggnog.

Beatrix: I like your thinking.

Advent 2024: Day 13: Lewis and Harriet

Lewis: Who's this joining us today?

Harriet: This is Ms. Bun.  

She was feeling left out, so I asked her to help me.

Lewis: Nice.

Harriet: There's our door--way up top.

Lewis: >Oooff< I think I've got it...

Harriet: What do you think, Ms. Bun?

Can we put this together?

Lewis: It's a girl on ice skates, with a cookie.

Harriet: Those Lego people sure like their

outdoor winter activities!

Lewis: My favorite winter activity is 

lying on the couch with a bowl of nachos.

Lewis: There are a lot of Lego people this year.

Harriet: That's like Gregoropolis most days!
