Daddy John: In 2024 I won the Sasha Festival Seed Money Raffle. The prize was a Gregor, whom I named Chance Victor, and 36 separate outfits representing different U.S. states.
At first, I had planned on dressing only Chance Victor in the outfits but as I redress my boys maybe twice a year, I realized it would take me forever to get through even half of the raffle clothes.
I've finally shared the outfits out amongst my Gregors (nicknamed the 'Terrific Ten') and will present them across the occasional blog post. Today, we have the second 5.
First up is Nicholas Sahara in this Indianapolis 500 inspired ensemble from JoAnn Staricha.
Both Nicholas and I find the checkered flag jumpsuit and cap really cool.
Auntie JoAnn also made this outfit for Kentucky! Scot-Michael looks quite dapper, and perhaps is ready to play the ponies. Although he imagines himself dressed to stroll the 'rues' of Montmartre, nibbling on a chocolate croissant...
Scot-Michael: Bonjour, mes amis!
Noah Conrad isn't really into all that paranormal/science fiction nonsense, but he couldn't pass up this Roswell, New Mexico UFO-inspired outfit from Marti Murphy because it had overalls!
He also 'abducted' the little alien buddy toy that came with it...
Kirwan Mahoney models the Coca-Cola button-down shirt and striped shirts that make up this Georgia outfit. This one is by Sheila Foery.
Kirwan: I can't put my finger on it, but something feels off...
Kirwan: Modeling is thirsty work!
Finally, Chance Victor sparkles in this New Orleans, Louisiana-Mardi Gras collection from Aunt Marti. The beads, mask, and sparkly tennis shoes really pull it together!
Chance: Laissez les bons temps rouler!
