Advent Day 2: Frank & Charles

Charles: Well, Frank old chum, it's our turn for the Advent calendar.
Frank: Okay, but let's hurry.  Daddy Steve is making Christmas cookies and I wanna be there
when they come out of the oven!

Charles: Gosh, that was easy.  Here it is, right by Santa's elbow.  Maybe it'll be a frog!

Frank: ...a frog.
Charles: Yeah!  Why not?
Frank: I don't know the story of 'Santa Claus and the Christmas Toad.'

Frank: Well?  Is it a frog?
Charles: >sigh<  No.  It's a...a..I don't know what it is.

Frank: Oh, they're runners, like for a sleigh.

Charles: We'll put them here, in the sleigh tracks.
Frank: Great.  Now let's get to those cookies!

Always get your priorities right! This is something we can learn from Frank.

What I love about Frank is there is no grey with him, you know exactly what’s most important to him...
His love of almost everything edible , although I do worry if he was challenged to save a sibling or a jar of cookies from falling off the cliff
If he’d managed to make the right decision in time...or try to save both!

Interesting question, Dee. I suppose it would all depend on what kind of cookies and which sibling. Let's hope he's never put to the test.

Still going backwards here... some of these little treasures always lead to a question of what the end result will be...runners without a sled? I hope they enjoyed the freshly baked cookies!
